  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage not caused by normal wear and tear.
  • The warranty is valid for three months from the date of purchase from Tiahayek.com.

Proof of Purchase:

  • In-Person Purchases: If you purchased at an event or market and didn’t receive a receipt, we can verify the purchase through transaction records. Please provide the date, location, and payment method used.
