Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Shipments and deliveries do not take place on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, a 2-3 business days delay would be expected since most of the collection is handmade to order. You will be immediately notified by email if any unexpected delays occur.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a confirmation of your order shortly after placing it. If selected, the tracking number will be emailed as soon as the shipment has been processed.

TIA By Tia Hayek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
TIA By Tia Hayek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at info@tiahayek.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before proceeding.
Pre-Order
If a product in your order is on pre-order, your whole order will ship once all items are ready, which might influence delivery times. If you need your items before the pre-order date, please contact us.
International Shipping Policy
We look forward to expanding our international shipping. However, TIA By Tia Hayek currently only ships to Canada and The United States. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout depending on the desired location.
