What is your shipping process?

Do you ship internationally?

We look forward to expanding our international shipping. However, TIA By Tia Hayek currently only ships to Canada and The United States. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout depending on the desired location.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation of your order shortly after placing it. If selected, the tracking number will be emailed as soon as the shipment has been processed.

What is your return policy?

Do you offer any warranties or repair services?

At TIA, we stand behind our jewelry with a 3 month warranty covering manufacturing defects and damages beyond normal wear and tear.
